I bought a Yaris last week and found Alim to be helpful, quick and straight-forward. Every issue we identified in the test drive was dealt with and the car is now clean and drives great. I particularly appreciated his honesty with the cost of things: when a service turned out to cost less than he had anticipated (and I had already agreed to), he lowered the price for me rather than taking advantage and keeping the difference. Newcastle is a fair drive out but it was worth it to have such a painless experience.
